PREVIOUS iConference SOFTWARE USERS PLEASE NOTE!
If you have a previous version of iConference
installed please uninstall your current version iConference CL FIRST before
clicking on Dowload Link.
VISTA USERS PLEASE NOTE!
You MUST TURN OFF your Internet Explorer Pop Up Blocker and Phishing Filter by
going to Tools on IE Menu Bar and deactivating them both otherwise the software
will not work.
First Time Users Please Read These Instructions
1) You MUST
download the iConference software FIRST!
You only need to do this once.
Note! Please turn off anti virus software before
downloading.
Then turn your antivirus software back on.
If you are using a firewall you MUST allow the software to access the internet!

2) Click on RUN. Then follow the software installation prompts.
3) An iConference CL Shortcut icon will appear on your desktop.

4) YOU MUST 'Activate' the software by clicking on the above shortcut BEFORE clicking on any "Enter" room button.
5) This icon will appear in your computer system tray. 
6) Click on the "Enter Room" button
7) Enter the password you were given when prompted.
Next! Click on Session
and then Session Recording Setup

a) This Session Recording Setup screen will appear
If an Install WME (Windows Media Encoder) button is visible click on it to
install this Microsoft software. 9MB If you don't do this you will not be
able to record the audio and visuals in your meeting.

b) Reboot your PC.
You should now be all set !!
To Record a Meeting
Click on the
button on the toolbar to Start Recording and again to Stop
It will be saved as an MP3 file in your iConference Transcripts folder on
your desktop
Be sure to check and adjust all your MIC and audio playback levels
ENJOY Learning it!
Minimum system requirements:
- An Internet connection.
- Windows 2000 or XP on a PC.
- Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 95, and Windows NT 4.0 are no longer supported and
may experience errors.
- 6 MB of hard disk space for installation.
- DirectX 8.1 or higher is required for Voice over IP or Webcam (video).
- DirectX 9.0 is recommended. See Microsoft for DirectX downloads.
- For Webcam, your camera must
support Windows Imaging acquisition (WIa)
- If you have a firewall,
proxy server or router, see Firewalls Routers & Ports in help files for
connection requirements
