The CL software enables room owners / moderators to open and
access their meeting room from any PC with an internet connection. It also
enables attendees to enter your meeting room with full participation ability and
enjoy the many multimedia and collaboration features of conference suite.
CL Software for Room Owners / Moderators:
Your multimedia meeting room is available to you 24/7. You can invite attendees
to your meeting room at no additional cost via either iConferenceSystem-Connect or the free
CL software download.
There are NO per minute charges NO telephone costs.
Attendees download the FREE self installing CL software from your free
personalised website or email link.
CL software gives greater functionality and flexibility to attendees than the
browser based users accessing via iConferenceSystem-Connect. The CL software gives
attendees the ability to talk and participate in a meeting and utilize the many
functions offered if enabled by the moderator.
CL software is also the best option for meeting attendees using a 56k dial up,
satellite or ISDN connection. The downloading of the FREE CL software allows
attendees/guests to enter a conference room and enjoy the conference voice,
video and collaboration functions enabled by the moderator at no cost to the
attendee.
Minimum system requirements:
Windows 2000 or XP on a PC. Note: Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 95, and
Windows NT 4.0 are no longer supported and the iConference software may
malfunction
6 MB of hard disk space for installation.
An Internet connection.
DirectX 8.1 or higher is required for Voice over IP or Webcam (video). Direct
9.0 is recommended. See Microsoft for DirectX downloads.
For audio, the Truespeech audio codec must be installed. See Truespeech in help
files "I can't hear anyone".
For Webcam, your camera must support Windows Imaging Acquisition (WIA).
